Processing Times

Books (Print Editions):

  • Orders are processed within 5 business days
  • Single book orders ship via regular mail (no tracking)
  • Multi-book orders ship via tracked parcel service
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information for tracked shipments

Brins d'éternité Magazine:

  • Current issue orders are processed within 7 business days
  • Back issue orders are processed within 7 business days
  • Single issue orders ship via regular mail (no tracking)
  • Multiple issue orders ship via tracked parcel service
  • Subscription orders ship according to publication schedule (quarterly)

Digital Products:

  • Ebooks and digital magazines are delivered instantly via email through BookFunnel after purchase
  • Check your spam folder if you don't receive your download link within 15 minutes
  • PDF downloads never expire—access them anytime

Shipping Methods & Rates

Canada:

  • Regular Mail (1 item): 7-14 business days - $7.50 CAD (no tracking)
  • Flat Rate Tracked Shipping (2-3 items): 5-10 business days - $10.00 CAD
  • Standard Tracked Shipping (4+ items): 5-10 business days - $18.00 CAD
  • Expedited Tracked Shipping: 3-5 business days - $25.00 CAD
  • FREE Standard Tracked Shipping on orders $100+ CAD

United States:

  • Regular Mail (1 item): 10-21 business days - $7.50 USD (no tracking)
  • Flat Rate Tracked Shipping (2-3 items): 7-14 business days - $15.00 USD
  • Standard Tracked Shipping (4+ items): 7-14 business days - $25.00 USD
  • Expedited Tracked Shipping: 5-7 business days - $35.00 USD
  • FREE Standard Tracked Shipping on orders $125+ USD

International (UK, France, Australia, New Zealand)

  • Standard Tracked Shipping: 14-28 business days - $20.00-35.00 CAD
  • FREE Standard Tracked Shipping on orders $200+ CAD

Please Note:

  • Regular mail shipments do not include tracking numbers
  • For tracked shipping on single items, please contact us at support@flamearrowpublishing.com before ordering
  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services

Order Tracking

For tracked shipments, you will receive:
  • Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
  • Carrier information (Canada Post or international carrier)
  • Estimated delivery date
Track your order anytime by visiting the carrier's website with your tracking number.

For regular mail shipments (single books/magazines):
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is mailed
  • No tracking number is available for these shipments
